What we keep, and what we don’t

This page covers the four-question quiz on nuvoliv.ca. The quiz has been paused since 7 October 2026, and the site no longer sends anyone to a clinical partner. What follows still applies to the answers people sent before then. It’s short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email hello@nuvoliv.ca and a person will answer.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your four quiz answers: your main goal, your approximate BMI range, what you’ve tried before, and your province.
• The technical details our form host records with every submission: your IP address, your browser type, and the page you came from.

That’s all. We don’t ask for health records, and the quiz doesn’t need them.

The quiz is for adults 18 and over.

Why we collect it

• To count how many people use the quiz, and to see which provinces they’re in.
• To send you on to our telehealth partner’s eligibility check.
• If you agreed to it under the email box, to send you updates about getting started. You can stop them anytime by replying “unsubscribe” to any email.

Our clinical partner

We don’t share your name, email or answers with our clinical partner. If you continue to their eligibility check, you give your details to them directly, under their own privacy policy. Our referral link only tells them your visit came from Nuvoliv.

Where it’s kept

• Netlify, which runs this website and receives the quiz form. Netlify checks every submission for spam using a service called Akismet, so Akismet sees what you submitted too.
• A private Google Sheet, which Zapier copies each new quiz entry into.

These companies are based outside Canada, mostly in the United States, so your details may be stored outside Canada.

Cookies and tracking

nuvoliv.ca sets no cookies, and it runs no ad pixels, analytics scripts or other tracking.

What we never do

We never sell your details, and we never rent or trade them to anyone.

Seeing or deleting your details

Email hello@nuvoliv.ca and tell us what you’d like: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or for us to delete it. We’ll reply by email.
